Just Talk —15-minute phone sessions are designed for someone who needs information, motivation and accountability. These conversations go deeper than the free introductory chat. Phone consultations are not covered by insurance and are charged in 15-minute intervals.
Provided within a 10 mile radius, this is perfect for post-rehab returning home or for those with disabilities. Perhaps there is another reason. Services are also provided for very busy people who need some kitchen short-cuts to healthy eating and meal planning. Whatever your reason, services include a full private nutrition consultation with kitchen assessment for either small spaces or very large spaces, and meal planning and food delivery guidance.
