Service Description
This is a 2-hour online workshop complete with materials that will educate you on pre-diabetes and Type 2 diabetes prevention. You will learn the strategies to lower A1C, prevent prevent insulin resistance, know meal timing, and what foods to eat. Insurance will need to be verified. Payment is expected prior to workshop if not covered by insurance.
