Service Description

This is a 1-hour online workshop complete with materials that will educate you on pre-diabetes and preventing Type 2 diabetes. You will learn the strategies to lower A1C, prevent insulin resistance, know meal timing, and what foods to eat. Notes are available for additional fee.
