The gut microbiome is a complex ecosystem of trillions of bacteria, fungi, and other microbes that play a crucial role in over all health.  It is central to health and plays a crucial role in digestion, nutrient absorption, immune function., and brain health. Disruptions in gut diversity (low number of microbes), have been linked to autoimmune diseases, mental health disorders, and metabolic imbalances.

Inflammatory markers such as C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukins, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha provide insight into the body's level of chronic inflammation, which linked to conditions such autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders, and cardiovascular health.  We focus on minimizing pro-inflammatory foods and maximizing antioxidants  to neutralize bodily inflammation and support long-term wellness.

Food intolerance can lead to uncomfortable symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, brain fog, and digestive discomfort. Usually these stem from  enzyme deficiencies, gut imbalances, or compound sensitivity to lactose, gluten, or FODMAPS. It is very important to identify what substance is causing the intolerance rather than avoid the entire food group.
