Service Description

Virtual visits are offered as a convenience due to work schedules, distance, or mobility. Some insurance plans may not cover virtual visits but this will be verified prior to your visit.

Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment is scheduled either online or by calling 215-272-8004 2. Forms must be signed and returned with Insurance Card (front and back) with optional laboratory data. 3. Insurance will be billed. If no insurance, payment is due at the time of service. Virtual services must be pre-paid if no insurance. 4. 24 hour advance notification of cancellation is required.
