At Stonewell Nutrition, you will become empowered to choose healthy food and modify your eating and lifestyle behaviors in a way that will provide you with success. My approach is unique for each individual.  Each person is born with their own genetic traits, acquired family upbringing, habits, personal situations and even misguided dieting efforts from the past. I hope to provide guidance in this respect.  I want to help you by getting to know you and what your wellness journey might be.

 

A quick snippet about me - I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Food from Drexel University and a Master of Public Health / Integrative Health degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.  I have been a career member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and accredited by the Academy’s Commission for Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN). I am Licensed to practice nutrition throughout the state of PA.

 

My career experiences range from clinical practice, clinical research, diabetes education, and roles in the food industry. I'm experienced from maternal through the senior years with respects to understanding the unique nutritional needs of every age and stage of life.
