My approach is unique for each individual.  Everyone is born with their own genetic traits, acquired family upbringing, habits, personal situations and even misguided dieting efforts from the past. Credentials: BS in Nutrition from Drexel University and MPH in Integrative Health from West Chester University.  Career member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and accredited by the Academy’s Commission for Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN).

Career Experiences: clinical practice, clinical research, diabetes education, and various scientific roles in the food and infant formula industry. I work with school-aged children through adulthood with respects to understanding the unique nutritional needs of every age and stage of life.
