Service Description
In-home services are suitable for post-rehab and disabilities when special dietary needs necessitate a visit to the home. This service is also appropriate for very busy people. A visit includes an initial nutritional assessment, kitchen cupboard assessment and functionality analysis for very small or very large spaces. Receive a roadmap on meal service and food delivery for homebound and busy people.
Cancellation Policy
1. Fill out Consultation Form and return with Insurance Card (front and back). 2. Insurance is verified. Must be pre-paid if no insurance. 3. Appointment is scheduled, 215-272-8004. 4. 24 hour advance notification of cancellation is required.
